Hollie McCraw, COO

Understanding and living the ground levels of addiction, Hollie found the determination to change her story.  While she was working for a local women’s sober living house as administrative staff, she quickly became certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist in the State of West Virginia.

Hollie maintained additional employment at a restaurant franchise and over the next 5 years, found herself managing multiple restaurant locations in Operations and Supervision.

Grateful for her new life and opportunities, Hollie still felt there was more work for her to do to help others.  After meeting with Cheryl Laws to interview for a multi-café director, Hollie discovered the vision.  Any doubts were erased, and she felt as though her personal experiences were the perfect introduction for her to be part of the mission of Pollen8.

Hollie understands the challenges and barriers those in recovery face trying to rebuild their lives.  She is now the Chief Operating Officer for Pollen8 and grateful to be on the team.  Her experiences make her the perfect role model to highlight the opportunities that waits for those after addiction.
